Prospect, pitch and win strategic HoReCa customers in Sweden, including coffee chains, bakery groups, hotels, restaurant groups, foodservice operators and other high-volume accounts.
Create and convert a qualified pipeline of retail and HoReCa opportunities in Denmark, adapting the proposition to the needs of each customer and channel.

About You
We're looking for a commercially sharp Key Account Manager with the energy and resilience of a new-business hunter.
You are equally comfortable developing senior customer relationships and getting into the field to create opportunities. You combine structured account management with proactive prospecting, and you understand how to turn distribution, data and strong execution into profitable growth.
3-5 years' commercial sales or key account management experience within FMCG.
A proven track record of managing and growing retail key accounts, ideally within the Swedish grocery market.
Strong HoReCa or foodservice experience, with the ability to approach and win multi-site chains and other strategic customers.
Demonstrable success in new-business development, prospecting and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Experience of the Danish retail or HoReCa market is advantageous, together with an understanding of how to build business across Nordic markets.
Experience leading or managing an external field sales force, including target setting, prioritisation, coaching and performance follow-up.
Strong customer planning and negotiation skills, including pricing, promotions, commercial terms, budgets and forecasting.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience using Nielsen, point-of-sale or customer data to improve performance and profitability.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role and travelling across Sweden and Denmark as required.
Fluent Swedish and English are essential. Danish language skills would be an advantage.
Experience within beverages, coffee, dairy, plant-based products or premium FMCG brands is highly desirable.
The Person We're Looking For
You'll thrive at Sproud if you:
Think like a business owner rather than an order taker.
Take accountability for growth, execution and profitability.
Are a genuine hunter who creates momentum and follows opportunities through to completion.
Combine strategic account management with a willingness to be active in the field.
Build trust quickly with customers, field sales partners and colleagues.
Are commercially ambitious, resilient, curious and comfortable working at pace.

About Sproud
The food system of today needs a reboot. Replacing dairy products with plant-based alternatives plays an important role in lowering the climate impact from food.
Sproud started in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs based in Malmö, Sweden. Their shared passion for sustainability and decades of experience from the food sector led them to the core of Sproud: the yellow split pea.
Sproud is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, with additional offices in London and Warsaw and exports to 30+ countries.
The Sproud mission is simple: create plant-based products that are so good, you don’t miss dairy.
Sproud is the first food company to be granted ISO 26000 status. It’s an international standard that commits companies to sustainable and in particular socially responsible ways of doing business.
In 2025, we achieved B Corp certification, joining a movement of changemakers across the globe. This was a huge milestone for us, as it means we meet B Lab’s high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
