About the role:
As Sales Manager Nordic/Central Europe at Sproud, you are a result driven professional with high ambitions and strong drive for growth. This role will involve developing and executing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, managing your market that will include Nordics with largest markets Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany and other exporting markets.
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Sproud’s growth across key markets. You’ll build and lead strong retail and distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, and execute strategic plans that drive revenue and brand presence.
You are the main contact for our customers and distributors in the markets of responsibility and with them you are fostering a collaborative and efficient environment to achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with international customers and partners.
You are responsible for driving your markets to growth and success, setting ambitious sales targets and marketing activation plans together with distributors and partners. You are active in prospecting, analyzing opportunities and targeting new leads. You continuously follow up and analyze results.
You will work as a part of the global Sales Team and the Day-to-day the role will report to CEO in Sweden. You are responsible for leading a sales team of two people, consisting of a Nordic Sales and Accounts and a Brand Activation Executive. We also have an external sales force in Sweden Retail.
Key aspects of the role:
- Sales Activities in your region including generate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and partners to drive the sales and growth agenda.
- Develop and nurture relationships to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, distributors, agencies and logistics providers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing markets through prospecting, leads follow up and contract writing, JBP with customer and order follow-up.
- Deliver the annual business targets including sales, profit and budget control. Develop and manage the sales cost budget for the region.
- Responsible for negotiations, price discussions and campaign follow-ups with distributors and customers.
- Prepare monthly / annual sales forecasts supported by growth plans and progress reports.
- Conduct activities, fairs and initiatives in sales promotion and distribution.
- Collect and analyze and implement actions based on market, customer and competitor data, trends.
- Ensure that the company operates ethically and legally in all aspects of the business.

- University degree in international business or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar international sales and business development role with proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently with high performance.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse market trends and sales data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience from the coffee community/ HoReCa sector is a plus.
