Brand Activation Executive East
Sproud is expanding our operations and opening a branch office in Warsaw, Poland. We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Brand Activation Executive that will drive the planning and execution of events, channel marketing initiatives, and customer-focused campaigns to support growth and marketing operations in East Europe.

About the role:
As Brand Activation Executive at Sproud, you will be an integral part of the sales team to drive the planning and execution of events, channel marketing initiatives, and customer-focused campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with both the marketing and the sales team, external partners, and customers to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing activities that boost brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales growth.
You will work with the marketing and sales team with marketing activities through managing the flow of work, keeping project deadlines. Your main job is focusing on driving the projects, samplings, campaigns, events, and assignments in East Europe to support our distributors and the brand growth in the region.
You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual responsible for various marketing initiatives and sales campaigns. You will coordinate brand assets and ATL marketing with the central marketing team.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities in the different channels and help monitor the performance and results of marketing efforts.
You will be responsible to effectively keep track of multiple projects, coordinate with the Group Marketing Manager and the Area Sales Manager and maintain close communications with customers and distributors in the different markets. You will develop comprehensive project plans, drive timelines to meet deadlines and lead an effective process for briefs, concepting, reviews, approvals, and campaign delivery.
Day-to-day the role will be based at Sproud East Office in Warsaw, reporting to the Sales Manager East Europe with regular communication with the full global team and distributors will be a part of your job, to ensure their needs are being met as a project evolves.
Key aspects of the role:
- Plan, implement and follow up marketing and promotion activities in cooperation with the markets having internal as well as external contacts.
- Tailored Marketing Activation Campaigns: Plan and executing tailored marketing campaigns aimed at end customers and channel partners. Coordinate with creative teams to develop content and materials for campaigns. Work closely with channel partners to co-create marketing initiatives that drive mutual success.
- Responsible for the Market Activation plan and deliverables including the brand activation budget.
- Coordinate communication between marketing and sales team as well as distributors so that there is clarity of purpose and outcome across marketing disciplines as well as facilitating events, meetings, and fairs.
- Create project budgets, follow up timelines together with the marketing team and meet the timelines, escalate when deadlines are at risk or late.
- Event Management: Planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions. Coordinate logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining high quality. Gather post-event feedback and analyse outcomes to optimize future events.
- Facilitate and document meetings, understand objectives/needs and lead development timeline for marketing strategy and implementation of campaigns.
- Create local collaborations with baristas, influencers etc to drive product trials and awareness.
- Support the implementation of marketing brand strategies from central brand team across multiple sales channels i.e. launch support for New Products.
- Develop and distribute channel-specific marketing materials, including brochures, product guides, and other printed assets. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with channel objectives.
- Juggle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, keeping track of project progress and communicating progress to team members as necessary.
The person we need is:
- Connected to our company principles around sustainability and doing the right thing.
- Has a background in project management training, ad school, marketing, coordinator training or similar
- Experience delivering project management concepts, including project charters, scheduling, and planning projects with successful completion
- Experience influencing internal and external customers to take specific actions
- Good communication skills in English and Swedish
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Proactive, flexible and a service-minded doer who makes the most of every minute to deliver results.
- Commercially minded, analytical, sales- and datadriven
- Experience from the coffee community/ HoReCa sector is a big plus
